Once you try homemade, you will never buy granola bars in a package again. Made with nothing but wholesome ingredients, like whole grain oats, flax, seeds, and dried fruit, these bars are tasty and nutritious. They are a good source of soluble and insoluble fiber, iron, and healthy polyunsaturated fats. Enjoy as an anytime snack or as part of a hearty breakfast to start your day.
