Three Lentil Oat Bread

This hearty bread rivals any multigrain bread, without the added preservatives from a store-bought loaf. Loaded with whole grains and seeds, this bread provides an excellent source of fiber and a great chewy texture, along with vitamin E, and heart-healthy omega-3 fats.

 2 cups Water
 ½ cup Milk
 2 tbsp Grapeseed or Alternative oil
 2 Eggs
 2 tbsp Honey
 1 tsp salt
 2 ¾ cups 100% whole wheat flour
 ¼ cup Willow Creek Organic Sunflower Seeds
 ¼ cup Willow Creek Organic Golden Flax Seed or Brown Flax Seeds
 2 tsp Yeast

Activate yeast by adding it to 1 cup of warm water.

Put all ingredients into bowl.

Add activated yeast.

Mix dough, cover and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.

Preheat oven to 350°

Put dough in loaf pan and bake for 35 – 40 minutes.
