 3 Potatoes, shredded
 ½ cup Willow Creek Organic Three Lentil Mix
 Salt & pepper to taste
 1 tbsp Olive, sunflower, grapeseed, or other cooking oil
 ½ cup Onions

Mix shredded potatoes with onions, Three Lentil Mix, salt and pepper in a bowl.

In fry pan heat oil on medium heat

Make into patties in frypan and cook on both sides until crisp and brown.
