Salad Toppers

(Use organic ingredients whenever possible).

Give any salad a nutritious boost with a sprinkling of this salad topper. It is an excellent way to include some heart-healthy polyunsaturated fats into your meal, as well as a dash of vitamins, minerals, and insoluble fiber.

 ¼ cup Willow Creek Organic Thick Rolled Oats
 ¼ cup Willow Creek Organic Pumpkin Seeds
 ¼ cup Willow Creek Organic Sunflower Seeds
 ¼ cup Willow Creek Organic Brown or Golden Flax Seeds

Preheat oven to 350°.

Place entire mixture on a tray and bake for 10 minutes
