Three Lentil Turkey Patties

(Use organic ingredients whenever possible).

These patties are fantastic, fun, and fuss-free. Made with a blend of Three Lentil Mix, whole grain oats, ground poultry, and aromatic rosemary, this recipe delivers lean protein with a source of fiber, B-vitamins, and iron.  1 ½ lbs fresh ground turkey or chicken
  cup Willow Creek Organic Three Lentil Mix
 1 egg
 1 tsp ground rosemary
 1 tsp sea salt
 fresh cracked Willow Creek Organic Pepper
 1 small onion, chopped
 ½ cup carrot, grated
 ½ cup yellow bell pepper, diced
 ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
 ¼ cup celery, diced
 ¼ cup Willow Creek Organic Quick Rolled Oats

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Shape 1/2 cup amounts of mixture into patties.

Cook in a lightly greased, preheated fry pan for five minutes each side.
